The Istituto Grandi Marchi, sponsors of the Institute of Masters of Wine, one of the most prestigious institutions in the wine trade, will present a selection of their wines in a tasting to be held in Vintners Hall on 9th September.
The tasting will be preceded by a seminar in which president of the consortium, Piero Antinori, will have the opportunity to tell MWs, student MWs and press about the institute’s activities. This will be followed by a panel discussion of a technical nature.
There will then be a self pour tasting of recent vintages from the member wineries.
